Our own automated stick sachet line in Oman, built for large private label orders.

Lucarise 5-lane automatic stick sachet packing machine with Siemens touch screen

We pack in our own facility with two 5-lane stick sachet machines. Each machine fills and seals five sachets at the same time, then the line sorts, counts and boxes them automatically. This lets us produce large orders quickly, with the same dose in every sachet.

Good to know

Can you make a new recipe for my brand?

Yes. For larger orders we can develop a new recipe with you, adjusting flavour, sweetness and ingredients. For smaller orders we start from a Lucarise recipe and adjust the sweetness or flavour.

Can I use my own packaging design?

Yes. Send us your artwork, or only your logo and we will help with the design. Labels can be in Arabic, English or both.

Can I get samples first?

Yes. Tell us what you need in the form below and we will arrange samples before production.

How long does the first order take?

It depends on the product, the packaging and the design approval. We share a timeline with your quote.

Do you also sell raw ingredients?

Yes: matcha powder, stevia Reb-M, freeze-dried instant coffee, milk powder and non-dairy creamer, in the supplier's original packaging. Mention it in the message field of the form below.
