Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with every Lucarise product. This policy explains when you can return a product and how refunds work for orders placed on lucarise.com. It does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman.

1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once we have confirmed the issue, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs you paid for that item.

2. Unopened Products

Because our products are food and beverages, for health and safety reasons we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. You may request to return an unopened product within 7 days of delivery. In this case, return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Products that have been opened, used or are not in their original sealed packaging (unless they are damaged or defective).
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper storage after delivery.
  • Custom, private label and wholesale orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and send you the return instructions.
  • Please do not send any product back before your return has been approved.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, or the issue has been confirmed, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days for the amount to appear in your account. Original shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to our error.

6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and the return terms above will apply.
