These Terms and Conditions govern your use of lucarise.com and any purchase you make from us. The website is operated by Food Legend Industries (FZC) SPC, trading as Lucarise (Commercial Registration No. 1652003), Sohar Free Zone, Sultanate of Oman. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Our Products

Lucarise offers instant beverage powders, natural sweeteners, tea bags and herbal infusions, coffee and related products. We make every effort to show our products, ingredients and packaging accurately. However, product images are for illustration only, and actual colours and packaging may vary slightly.

2. Allergens and Product Information

Some Lucarise products and topping sachets contain or may contain nuts (such as pistachio and hazelnut), milk and other allergens. Some products, such as matcha, tea and coffee, contain caffeine. Always read the ingredient list and allergen information on the package before use. If you have a food allergy, a medical condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult a healthcare professional before consuming our products. Information on this website is for general purposes only and is not medical advice.

3. Prices and Availability

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable, or a price was shown incorrectly because of an error, we will contact you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Orders

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract is formed only when we ship your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud, cannot deliver to your address, or the product is out of stock. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Your order will be processed once payment has been confirmed.

6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Wholesale, Private Label and OEM

Wholesale purchases, bulk raw materials, private label and OEM manufacturing are handled separately through our sales team. Pricing, minimum order quantities, specifications and delivery terms for these services are agreed in a separate quotation or written agreement, which will take priority over these terms where they differ.

8. Intellectual Property

The Lucarise name, logo, product names, designs, photos, text and other content on this website belong to Food Legend Industries (FZC) SPC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lucarise is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman or any other rights that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Sultanate of Oman.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order will apply to that order.
