How to choose
Choose karak when you want a rich, milky and spiced cup without boiling a pot. Choose black tea for a lighter classic cup with nothing added but tea and saffron or cardamom. Choose herbal tea when you prefer to avoid caffeine, for example in the evening.

The black teas and herbal teas have nothing added. The karak mixes have no added sugar: Cardamom Karak comes with a separate stevia sachet, and the Saffron and Pistachio karaks are sweetened with stevia Reb-M.
