Does it contain sugar?
There is no added sugar: it is sweetened with stevia Reb-M instead. The skimmed milk powder in the mix contains a little natural milk sugar (lactose), so a cup is low in sugar rather than completely sugar-free.
Does it contain caffeine?
Yes. The mix is made with instant coffee and the topping is gold coffee, so both naturally contain caffeine. For a milder cup, use only part of the topping stick.
Is it suitable if I avoid dairy?
No. The mix contains skimmed milk powder, so it is not dairy-free or vegan.
